When will my order be posted?
Orders are posted within 2 working days.
How is my order sent?
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We’ll let you know when your item(s) have been dispatched via email.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes between 2-5 working days to arrive. However, please make allowances for particularly busy periods, adverse weather conditions or industrial action – these factors may have an impact on delivery times.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
If your order total is over £20 or 360-EcoBox, we’ll deliver it for free! :)
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we are happy to accept returns. Provided the packaging is unopened and we receive the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, we will process a refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this via email. Funds will be restored to your account within 30 days.
